Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Shop MJC’S. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original condition. It must include its original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation, along with proof of purchase or the order number.

A return must be approved before it is shipped. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, skincare, cosmetics, personal-care products, beauty products, and other products that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned after being opened, used, unsealed, or tested.

Clearance, final-sale, personalized, custom-made, and gift-card purchases are also non-returnable. Products damaged through misuse or ordinary wear are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@mjcsofficial.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. When appropriate, a physical return will not be required.

Return Shipping

Unless a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shop MJC’S is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain another product is to request an approved return and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email support@mjcsofficial.com with your name, order number, the product being returned, the reason for the return, and photographs when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved returns should be sent only to the address provided in our return authorization. Do not send returns to the address printed on the original package unless specifically instructed.
