Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Shipping and Delivery

For orders delivered within the United States, estimated delivery is generally 3–15 business days after processing, depending on the product, destination, supplier, and whether the product ships from a U.S. or overseas fulfillment location. Some products may arrive sooner or require additional time.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may occasionally offer free-shipping promotions subject to stated conditions.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be emailed after your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Packages

Products may ship from different fulfillment locations. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to change the address or redirect the package. Shop MJC’S is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If an order appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@mjcsofficial.com. We will help review tracking information and contact the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner when appropriate.

Shop MJC’S is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. However, we will make a reasonable effort to help investigate the delivery.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
